This page describes how Integral collects, uses, stores, and retains information submitted through this site.
Scope
This notice covers this Integral website and the Start a Conversation form. Integral is the brand of Integral App Studio LLC.
Information collected
We collect only what the visitor submits in the form: name, work email, company, optional website, and the three free-text operating questions (what the company has outgrown, systems that exist today, what they are trying to accomplish). Plus limited technical information recorded with a submission for security and abuse prevention: a one-way hashed form of the submitting network address (the raw IP address is not stored), the browser user-agent string, the page the brief was submitted from, and a timestamp.
Purpose
To read, evaluate and respond to the inquiry, and to protect the form from automated abuse and duplicate submissions. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling.
Storage and infrastructure
Submissions are stored in a private managed PostgreSQL database operated for Integral by its hosting and application platform provider, which processes the data solely to run this site. Access is limited to Integral.
Operational review
Briefs are reviewed by Integral directly; a submitted brief is a private inquiry, and submitting it does not create a confidentiality agreement or any other legal relationship. Please do not include material that requires a signed confidentiality agreement at this stage. A confidentiality agreement can be put in place before deeper detail is exchanged.
No sale of inquiry information
Integral does not sell, rent, or trade inquiry information, and does not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to operate the site, or where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and, at the time of publication, runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If measurement is introduced later, this notice will be updated first.
Access, correction and deletion
A visitor may ask what Integral holds about them, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of their brief. Integral will delete on request unless it must be retained for a legal reason. The request channel is the Start a Conversation form.
Retention
Inquiries are retained only as long as useful for the conversation they started or for legitimate business records. Abuse-prevention records (hashed address and outcome of a submission attempt) are short-lived operational records.
