Proof should carry more weight than positioning.

01Flagship system / Our Town

A local information business needed more than a standalone product could carry.

Integral designed and built it as one connected operating platform.

Our Town transforms fragmented local information into one connected community platform—combining the resident-facing experience with the publishing, automation, and intelligence required to keep it current.

One experience for the community — and one operating system behind it.
01 / The community experience

Local information brought together in one resident product.

Public product interfaceVerified App Store record
Local information

News, community stories, and timely updates.

Schools

District announcements, closures, events, and family information.

Events

Community calendars and local things to do.

Sports

Schedules, games, teams, opponents, and related local sports information where supported.

Community utilities

Weather, traffic, public-safety/community information, notifications, and other timely local resources.

02 / The operating system behind it

The resident product is the visible layer. Behind it is the publishing and content operation required to keep the community experience current.

Human judgment remains in the loop

Editorial review and QA remain where source fidelity, accuracy, and community context matter.

Business reality

A live local-information operation was already sourcing, publishing, and coordinating information faster than a standalone mobile product could realistically carry.

Connected system

Integral modeled the operation and designed the resident product, publishing/control layer, content workflows, automation, notifications, and AI-assisted preparation as one connected system.

Continued ownership

Integral continues to own and evolve the platform as product needs, sources, workflows, automation, and operating requirements change.

02Product creation and ongoing ownership / DriveSave

DriveSave is a mileage-based savings platform that makes the hidden cost of driving actionable. It automatically detects trips, records mileage and route history, connects each drive to the vehicle being used, and applies that vehicle’s cost-per-mile profile to estimate the vehicle cost attributable to that trip.

Integral conceived and built DriveSave—then stayed responsible for how it performed in the real world.

That estimate becomes savings guidance: a simple way for drivers to prepare for maintenance and future vehicle ownership expenses as they drive. Integral carried the product from conception and build through real-world operation, stabilization, modernization, and safer ongoing evolution.

03Owned innovation / DealMind
OWNED DECISION INTELLIGENCE / BUILT INSIDE INTEGRAL

DealMind is a real Integral-owned product under internal development. The interfaces below show founder-created test scenarios—not client engagements or evidence of external adoption.

From ambiguity to executable clarity.

DealMind is designed to turn messy deal context into a structured decision record: what the opportunity appears to be, which decisions remain open, what information is missing, where risk lives, and how confidence changes as clarity improves.

01Understand / Low confidence

Make the ambiguity visible.

DealMind interprets intent, inventories unresolved decisions, and surfaces information gaps and risk factors. Low confidence is a diagnostic state—not a judgment about the opportunity.

02Clarify / Confidence progression

Earn clarity through successive passes.

Each pass can refine the intent, decisions, gaps, assumptions, and risks. Confidence progresses from Low to Medium to High to Deal Ready only as the underlying decision structure becomes more complete.

03Deal Ready / Proposal mode

Turn decision clarity into a reviewable proposal structure.

Once the deal is ready, Proposal Mode organizes positioning, scope framing, explicit exclusions, value anchors, risk mitigation, and proposal structure for human review.

04Sales → Delivery

Carry what was decided into the internal handoff.

The handoff preserves the deal overview, locked scope, explicit exclusions, assumptions and dependencies, and complexity signals so delivery begins from the reviewed decision record.

Decision-ready ≠ decision-made

DealMind structures the evidence and exposes what still needs judgment. People remain responsible for approval, commitments, and execution.

What “Deal Ready” means

The decision structure is complete enough to support a proposal and internal handoff. It does not mean DealMind approves a commitment, guarantees an outcome, or replaces human judgment.

The broader product thesis

The same decision-intelligence pattern may extend beyond deals—to new products, operating capabilities, growth initiatives, and new ventures. Those are future applicability hypotheses, not proven deployments.
